It’s rare finding a crap coffee like this and I mean it in a good way. Fresh coffee beans eaten by a Civet and naturally fermented in its digestive tract. It’s then roasted (the excreted coffee, not the Civet) and sold for a premium. Apparently, only 500 kgs of this Kopi Luwak are found each year. Actually tastes very full bodied and rich.
